Here's a recipe for a sensual massage oil blend using essential oils. Mix together - 3 drops of Ylang-Ylang essential oil, 3 drops of Patchouli essential oil, 3 drops of Sweet Orange essential oil into 2 tbls of carrier oil (such as almond oil). This blend is perfect for a romantic massage.

Learn different massage techniques that melt the pressure of the day away. From seated back massage variations to relaxing feet and legs massage. Massage is ideal for melting tension away and bringing presence on.

Even a few minutes of shared presence can create powerful shifts. Eat together, have a coffee together, cook together, walk in nature together. Share each other together. Be open for listen and to talk to each other. If talk is not your thing, just sit in presence, massage each other, dance or move through yoga together.
